Rates

Therapy

• Individual Therapy Session- $175
• Couples Therapy session- $200/ 1 hour, $300/ 1.5 hours
• Need based sliding scale/reduced rate often available
• Groups- $50/per person, per group session

Concierge Services

      * Cost varies based on needs

Breathwork

• Packages - 8 sessions for $1,200 ($200 discount)
• Individual- $200 per 90 minute breathwork session
• Couple- $250 per 90 minute breathwork
• Groups- $100+$40/person-group must have a minimum of four participants. ($250 flat rate for groups smaller than four).
• The 4th Saturday of each month I offer a community breathwork session, it is a donation based/pay what you can 60 minute breathwork journey. Check out my Instagram page for details! @breathalchemywellness

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

Ivy Pay- a HIPPA compliant billing service. You will receive a link from IVY Pay via text to out a card on file.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
